Welcome to postpartum mama
My name is Carolina, I am behind postpartum mama, and I am passionate about holding space and honouring the woman’s journey to becoming mother.
As a trained postpartum doula and mother to three, my wish is to create a nurturing space together where new mothers feel understood, validated, cared for, and gently guided through uncertainties during the fourth trimester and beyond. I believe if a mother is felt seen, heard and held, there is a ripple effect into the wellness of her children and future generations.
As a certified naturopathic nutritionist, my wish is to nourish and sustain new mothers through every step of their motherhood journey - from fertility, through pregnancy, to postpartum, and when introducing solid food to their babies. Since food is my love language, I also offer postpartum prep parties (alternative baby showers) for family and friends to give the gift of nourishment to new families around Stockholm.
Motherhood deserves a village of care, and it would be my honour to be part of yours.
