Personalised food support for mothers during fertility, pregnancy & postpartum, and their babies
Knowing what to feed your body at any stage of motherhood can feel overwhelming and confusing. As a naturopathic nutritionist, I am available during this time to guide you. From the thought of becoming pregnant through to introducing solids to your baby, I provide evidence-based nutritional support in line with your unique needs.
My food philosophy
My food philosophy is to eat real, as wholesome as possible foods no matter the dietary preferences - and flexibility. As our bodies go through cycles of change, so do our nutritional needs, and we are able to make positive and empowering choices during these transformative times that can support us best. I also believe there is more to eating than its nutrient content. Though nutritious foods are important, there is also the enjoyment of food shopping, cooking, eating, tasting, sharing the experience with others, and as a means of celebrating cultures and heritages.

Steps to working together
The first step is booking in your free discovery call. This time is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, and discuss how I can best support you.
If you decide to move forward, we will schedule in a time for your initial consultation. After which, I will send you a health intake form and food diary to complete prior to our first session.
During this 1h long initial consultation, we go through the health intake form and food diary you have completed, establish your primary reasons for seeking guidance, and dig deeper into your key health symptoms and bodily systems if needed. The session ends with a nutrition and lifestyle plan based on practical goals we are both happy with, as well as recipe ideas, supplement recommendations (if relevant) and laboratory testing recommendations (if relevant).
After the initial consultation, I will be available through email or phone calls should you have any questions or need clarification on your nutrition and lifestyle plan. We will also establish a time for your follow up - typically 4-6 weeks after the initial consultation.
During these 45 minutes long follow up consultations, we discuss your progress, the challenges you experience and any additional support you would like. The session ends with a revised nutrition and lifestyle plan. If you feel you would like/need extra support - we can discuss several options and go from there.

Postpartum Prep Party in Stockholm & surrounding areas
I also offer a cooking class to fill the mother-to-be’s freezer with nourishing foods for the period after giving birth.
Traditional postpartum practices have deeply valued the importance of nurturing the new mother, where the only focus is to rest and recover, restore her vitality, replenish her reserves, and care for her newborn baby. Nutrient dense foods are one of the most important elements of postpartum recovery - promoting healing, energy after long nights, replenishing the body during breast milk production and helping hormones rebalance. However, the task of shopping, cooking, and cleaning up afterwards can seem overwhelming in the early days. This cooking class is a thoughtful and very much appreciated gift for the mother-to-be, an alternative baby shower if you like. Like in traditional cultures, the cooking classes prioritise foods that are hydrating, easy to digest, warm and soft, so that the meals are gentle on the compromised digestive system, and easy for the body to absorb.
Postpartum meal examples
All meals are 100% whole food based, vegetarian, and include quality ingredients such as organic vegetables and warming spices.
Soups & stews
Beetroot & feta patties
Granola balls with goji berries
Buckwheat savoury muffins
“We recently hosted a beautiful baby shower in collaboration with [Postpartum mama], and it couldn’t have turned out better. Carolina took care of every detail to ensure the event was both enjoyable and truly useful. We had such a lovely time, and the mom-to-be left with a freezer full of delicious, nutritious meals. I warmly recommend Carolina and [Postmartum mama] to anyone looking to create a unique and meaningful baby shower experience.”
